Before Convex, was the Underwriting Manager for the Midwest region at Lexington Insurance Company, where he managed a ~$50mm book of specialty property business.
Started with Validus Re in Bermuda, entering into specialty insurance following Validus’ acquisition of Western World Insurance Group.
Holds the CPCU and ARe designations, and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
